Dr. Emery Crumbley, a Georgia native, grew up in Newnan before attending Auburn University for her undergraduate degree. She then went to University of Georgia for her veterinary degree and graduated in 2017. She moved to Birmingham, Alabama following graduation where she practiced small animal medicine for 2 years. After her and her husband, Brett, married they decided to move to Fitzgerald to continue their professional careers and start a family.
In addition to spending time with her husband, daughter, and 3 dogs, she enjoys outdoor adventures/sports and crime tv series.

After practicing veterinary medicine for about 10 years in the Midwest, I moved to Fitzgerald in 2007 and started working with Dr. Smith. I enjoy living in Fitzgerald, and working with pet owners to keep their beloved pets happy and healthy.

Dr. Dwain Smith graduated from the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1977, and upon graduation he joined the practice of Dr. A. L. Dorminy of Ocilla, GA. The practice expanded to include an office in Fitzgerald, and Dr. Smith has continued the practice since that time. He is a Honor Roll member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, a member of the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association, and a member and past President of the South Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. He is married to Lynne D. Smith and has 2 sons, Philip & Paul, and 2 grandsons, Harrison & Shepard. He a member of Central United Methodist Church where he serves on the Video Ministry. He is a member and past President of the Rotary Club of Fitzgerald. His hobbies include water skiing & wakeboarding, alpine skiing, and hunting.
